Sync dilemma: iPad and PC

iTunes sync
You do not have to worry so much. Just install the iTunes on your PC and this will sync the PC to your iPad. If you want there is another option although it will entail some cost. Get an account with iTunes and utilize the ‘share account’. This will instantly download the files to your device whenever you log it in.

There are videos and guides via the net if you want to really look into the step by step of synchronizing your gadgets. For sure, PC can be synched with iPad. So no worries for you.
