Radio with iPad
I have been using Action Radio. I am not sure if there are other apps you can use though but so far this works well for me.

Here are some of the features I gathered. Hope this helps. (I have commentaries on some…)

1. You can have access to over tens of thousands of song (Honestly, accessing the radio is already enough for me since I can lsten to a lot of songs everyday. I do not need to load up too many files on my iPad which saves me space.)
2. Accessing music through streaming Shoutcast Radio Stations over the internet is available for FREE (things that come for free is always a great news…I bet you would agree).
3. To make it even more interesting and entertaining, you will also see clips that matches the current song that is playing (Awesome!).
4. Through thumbnail views, you will be able to tap the video you want to watch (If you start watching the video though, the current music being played will of course stop but the application will continue to run).
5. There is also an option for you to quickly access your favorite channels by adding it to your favorite list (saves me a lot of time because I do not have to search for the channels everytime I use the app!).

iPad's action radio
Just to answer the question…Yes, there is another app which can also be used for listening to the radio. For now the access to it also free but I am not sure how long this will last.

It is called ActionRadio. Better check it out just for comparison. Afterall, it is free, might as well choose which one works best for you.

Radio through my iPad How do I access the radio through my iPad? I know this is feasible through internet, right? I have iPad with wifi, just do not know exactly how to access the radio. Please help.
